Patient information leaflets published for every monograph
Ergopharm has published a plain-language patient information leaflet for every monograph in its register, making the document from inside the pack available online for all products.
A leaflet inside a carton helps only the person holding that carton. Publishing the same text online means a patient who has thrown the leaflet away, a carer reading ahead of a first dose, or a pharmacist confirming a storage instruction can all reach it — in the same words that were approved for the pack, not a marketing paraphrase.

Each leaflet follows the standard patient-information order: what the medicine is and what it is used for, what to check before use, how to use it, possible side effects, and how to store it. The language is deliberately plain, and the sections that matter most — the reasons not to use the product at all, and the reactions that mean stopping and seeking help — are given prominence rather than buried.
The leaflets sit alongside the full product information written for healthcare professionals, and each states clearly that it does not replace the advice of the prescriber who knows the individual patient.
