Export documentation function established
Ergopharm has established a dedicated export documentation function, responsible for compiling the technical and quality documentation that distribution partners need to support filings in their own markets.
A manufacturer that exports does not register its products abroad; its partners do, under their own marketing authorisations, using documentation the manufacturer provides. That documentation is a deliverable in its own right, and treating it as an afterthought of the sales process is how supply agreements stall for months.
“We supply the documentation. The application is the licence holder's, and so is what follows it.”
The function maintains the current version of each product's specification, method descriptions, stability summaries, container-closure details and manufacturing overview, in the formats partners most often require, and issues them under controlled cover so that a partner always knows which version they hold.
Ergopharm makes no claim about approval status in any market. What it provides is the manufacturer's documentation; the application, and the obligations that follow a grant, belong to the licence holder.
