Documentation portal opened for distributors
Ergopharm has opened a documentation portal for its distribution partners, giving each a single controlled source for the current version of the technical documentation relating to the products they carry.
Documentation sent by email ages badly. A partner holds whichever version arrived last, has no way of knowing a newer one exists, and often circulates it internally in a form nobody can trace. A controlled portal fixes the problem at its source: there is one current version, and it is obvious which it is.
“Documentation sent by email is a snapshot. Nobody who holds it knows whether it is still true.”
Partners can retrieve product specifications, certificate of analysis formats, stability summaries, container and pack details, serialisation layouts and the handling and storage instructions that accompany a shipment. Access is granted per partner and covers only the products that partner is supplied, with retrievals logged.
The portal supplies documentation. It does not publish approval status, certificate identifiers or inspection outcomes, and nothing available through it should be read as asserting registration in any market.
