Trenbolone Enanthate 200 mg/ml

Trenbolone Enanthate 200 mg/ml is a solution for injection into a muscle. It contains trenbolone, a very strong man-made substance related to testosterone, the male sex hormone that men's bodies make naturally. It is the same active substance as the fast-acting acetate form, but built to release slowly over about a week, so fewer injections are needed. Your doctor has prescribed it to build and preserve muscle and body tissue where a powerful, long-acting treatment is appropriate. It is a prescription-only medicine that requires close medical supervision and must never be used by anyone else. Because it stays in your body for weeks, any side effects also take longer to fade after treatment stops.

This is a powerful, long-acting medicine that cannot be quickly withdrawn once injected, so the checks beforehand really matter — read this section carefully and tell your doctor about all of your health problems.

Warnings and precautions

• +Talk to your doctor before using it if you have any heart or blood-pressure problem. Trenbolone puts more strain on the heart and circulation than milder medicines of this kind: it can raise blood pressure, badly upset your cholesterol balance and leave you breathless during ordinary activity.
• +Talk to your doctor before using it if you have kidney problems or notice changes in your urine; trenbolone can turn urine dark or rust-coloured, which is often harmless but should always be checked.
• +Talk to your doctor before using it if you have ever had depression, anxiety or trouble controlling your temper — mood swings, aggression, restlessness and bad insomnia are common, and with this long-acting form they can last for weeks.
• +Talk to your doctor before using it if you have breathing pauses during sleep, asthma or a long-standing cough; heavy night sweats and breathlessness are frequent with this medicine.
• +This injection contains benzyl benzoate, added to keep the strong active substance dissolved. It can make the injection sting during and after it is given and can leave the muscle sore for a day or two; tell your doctor if the pain is severe or the area stays swollen.
• +Because it is long-acting, this medicine cannot be removed from your body once injected. If side effects appear they may take several weeks to settle, so report anything unusual to your doctor early rather than waiting.
• +Expect regular blood tests during treatment — blood counts, liver and kidney tests, cholesterol and, in men, prostate blood tests. This medicine also contains a substance banned in sport and can be detected for a long time after the last injection; tell your doctor if you compete in tested sport.

Other medicines and Trenbolone Enanthate

Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking, have recently taken or might take any other medicines, including ones bought without a prescription and herbal products. It is especially important to mention blood-thinning medicines that prevent clots, such as warfarin, because this medicine strengthens their effect and can cause bleeding; medicines for diabetes, including insulin, since your blood sugar may drop and doses may need adjusting; steroid tablets or injections such as prednisolone, which together with this medicine make your body hold water; blood-pressure medicines, which may stop controlling your pressure well enough; and medicines processed by the liver, such as ciclosporin after a transplant.

Pregnancy, breastfeeding and fertility

Do not use this medicine if you are pregnant, think you may be pregnant, or are trying for a baby. It is a strong hormone that can seriously harm an unborn baby and can cause a female baby to be born with male features. Do not use it while breastfeeding, as it may pass into breast milk. Women who could become pregnant must use reliable contraception during treatment and for some time afterwards, because this long-acting form stays in the body for weeks — ask your doctor how long. In men, trenbolone strongly suppresses your own testosterone and sperm production, so you may be unable to father a child during treatment and for months after the last injection.

Driving and using machines

This medicine can affect your ability to drive and use machines. Poor sleep, night sweats, tiredness the next day, irritability, dizziness and sudden breathlessness are all common, and with this long-acting form they can persist between injections. Do not drive or use tools or machines if you feel tired or light-headed, or if your temper or concentration is not as it should be.

Always use this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure. It is given as an injection deep into a large muscle, usually the buttock or thigh, by a doctor or nurse, and must never be injected into a vein. The oil is thick and contains benzyl benzoate, so the injection is given slowly and may sting; gentle movement of the limb afterwards can help with soreness. Because it is long-acting, injections are usually given about a week apart. If you have been trained to inject it yourself, use a new sterile needle and syringe every time, change the injection site each time, and check the liquid is clear before use. Each ampoule is for single use only — throw away any that remains. If you miss an injection, contact your doctor to arrange it as soon as possible; never take a double amount to make up for a missed dose. If you think you have had too much, tell your doctor immediately.

Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.

Other possible side effects

• +stinging or aching at the injection site that can last a day or two, with redness or a firm lump
• +heavy sweating, especially at night
• +difficulty sleeping, with vivid or disturbed dreams
• +irritability, aggression, anxiety or low mood
• +getting out of breath much sooner than usual on exertion
• +a fast or pounding heartbeat, or raised blood pressure
• +urine that looks darker or rust-coloured than normal
• +acne, oily skin, and thinning of the hair on your head
• +in men, reduced sex drive, difficulty getting an erection, smaller testicles and a much lower sperm count
• +in women, a deeper voice, extra facial and body hair, and irregular or absent periods (voice and hair changes may be permanent)

Keep this medicine out of the sight and reach of children. Store below 25 °C, keep the ampoules in the outer carton so they are protected from light, and do not freeze. Do not use the medicine after the expiry date shown on the carton and the ampoule; the date means the last day of that month. The liquid is normally clear and pale yellow to amber; it may look slightly thicker than other injections, which is normal, but do not use it if it is cloudy, if particles can be seen, or if the glass is chipped or cracked. Never put needles, syringes or medicines in your household rubbish or down the drain. Place used needles straight into a sharps container and return unused medicine and full sharps containers to your pharmacist for safe disposal, which helps protect other people and the environment.

The active substance is trenbolone enanthate. Each 1 ml ampoule contains 200 mg of trenbolone enanthate. The other ingredients are a sterile oil carrier and benzyl benzoate, a co-solvent that keeps this strong active substance fully dissolved in the oil.
