Rapid Combo 150 mg/ml

Drostanolone Propionate + Testosterone Propionate + Trenbolone Acetate

Read all of this leaflet carefully before you start using this medicine

  • Keep this leaflet. You may need to read it again.
  • If you have any further questions, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
  • This medicine has been prescribed for you only. Do not pass it on to others. It may harm them, even if their signs of illness are the same as yours.
  • If you get any side effects, talk to your doctor or pharmacist. This includes any possible side effects not listed in this leaflet.

1.What Rapid Combo is and what it is used for

Rapid Combo is an oily liquid for injection. Unlike the single-hormone injections, one ampoule contains three different medicines mixed together: drostanolone propionate, testosterone propionate and trenbolone acetate. All three are man-made hormones related to testosterone, the male sex hormone. Each is in a short-acting form, so they all start working within a day or two and clear from the body fairly quickly. Because you are receiving three medicines at once, you can get the side effects of any of them, and they can add up. Your doctor has prescribed this combination and will supervise you closely while you use it.

2.What you need to know before you use Rapid Combo

This is a three-medicine injection, so read this whole section carefully and tell your doctor about anything that applies to you.

Do not use it if

  • Do not use it if you are allergic to any of the three active ingredients, or to the oil or any other ingredient listed at the end of this leaflet.
  • Do not use it if you have or may have cancer of the prostate.
  • Do not use it if you have breast cancer.
  • Do not use it if you are a woman, and never during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Trenbolone in particular can cause permanent male changes, such as a deeper voice and facial hair.
  • Do not use it if you have liver disease, kidney disease, or serious heart problems, unless your doctor has decided it is still right for you.
  • Do not use it if you have a mental health condition that makes you aggressive, very anxious or unable to sleep, as trenbolone can make these much worse.
  • Do not use it if your blood calcium is too high.

Warnings and precautions

  • Talk to your doctor before using it if you have any heart or circulation problem or high blood pressure. This combination can raise blood pressure and worsen cholesterol more than testosterone on its own.
  • Talk to your doctor before using it if you have kidney problems. Trenbolone can put extra strain on the kidneys, and it may turn your urine a dark or reddish colour, which can be alarming but is usually harmless. Tell your doctor if this happens so it can be checked.
  • Talk to your doctor if you notice heavy night sweats, a fast heartbeat, breathlessness on light exercise, or that you cannot sleep. These are known effects of the trenbolone in this medicine.
  • Talk to your doctor before using it if you have ever had depression, anxiety or difficulty controlling your temper. Mood and sleep problems are more common with this combination than with testosterone alone.
  • Talk to your doctor before using it if you have prostate or waterworks trouble, or breathing pauses during sleep.
  • This medicine needs frequent injections because all three parts are short-acting, so injection sites can become sore. Change the site every time.
  • You will need close monitoring and regular blood tests: blood count, kidney and liver function, cholesterol, blood pressure and prostate checks. Do not skip them.
  • All three ingredients are banned in sport and will be detected by doping tests, even when prescribed.

Other medicines and Rapid Combo

Tell your doctor or pharmacist about all other medicines you take, including anything bought without a prescription. Blood thinners such as warfarin are especially important, because these hormones can strengthen their effect and make bleeding more likely. Medicines for diabetes, including insulin, may need adjusting because your blood sugar can change. Steroid tablets such as prednisolone can add to fluid retention and swelling. Also mention medicines for blood pressure or the heart, since this combination can raise your blood pressure and your doctor may need to change your treatment.

Pregnancy, breastfeeding and fertility

This medicine is not for women. It must never be used by a woman who is pregnant, could become pregnant, or is breastfeeding, because it can seriously affect the baby's development. In men, all three ingredients switch off your body's own testosterone production and sharply reduce your sperm count; fertility may take a long time to return after treatment ends. Discuss this with your doctor before starting if you may want children.

Driving and using machines

This medicine can cause poor sleep, tiredness during the day, sweating and mood changes, and some men feel breathless or lightheaded after light effort. Any of these can affect your concentration. Do not drive or use tools or machines if you are affected.

3.How to use Rapid Combo

Always use this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure. It is given as an injection deep into a muscle, usually the buttock or thigh, and is normally given by a doctor or a nurse. It must never be injected into a vein. Because all three ingredients are short-acting, the injections are given at short intervals, and only your doctor decides how often. If you have been trained to inject yourself, follow those instructions exactly and rotate the site each time. If you miss a dose, ask your doctor what to do; never inject extra to catch up. Because this medicine works quickly, tell your doctor promptly about any new symptom rather than waiting for your next appointment.

4.Possible side effects

Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.

Stop and get medical help straight away

  • An allergic reaction: rash, itching, swelling of the face, lips or throat, or difficulty breathing. Get help immediately.
  • A sudden, severe coughing fit with chest tightness and breathlessness within seconds or minutes of the injection. Tell the person injecting you at once and stay with them.
  • Chest pain, a pounding or irregular heartbeat, sudden breathlessness, or swelling and pain in one leg. These may be a heart problem or a blood clot. Call an ambulance.
  • Passing very little or no urine, or urine that stays dark for more than a day, together with feeling unwell. Contact your doctor the same day.
  • Yellowing of the skin or eyes, pale stools or severe upper stomach pain, which may mean a liver problem.
  • Severe depression, frightening thoughts, or thoughts of harming yourself or others. Contact your doctor or an emergency service straight away.

Other possible side effects

  • Difficulty sleeping, often from the first injections
  • Heavy sweating, especially at night
  • Acne, oily skin and greasy hair
  • Pain, redness or a lump where the injection was given
  • Feeling irritable, aggressive, anxious or low in mood
  • Fast heartbeat, or becoming breathless with light exercise
  • Dark or reddish urine
  • Increased sex drive at first, and difficulty getting an erection later on
  • Smaller testicles and a much lower sperm count

Reporting of side effects

If you get any side effects, talk to your doctor or pharmacist — including any not listed in this leaflet. 5.How to store Rapid Combo

Keep this medicine out of the sight and reach of children. Store below 25 °C. Keep the ampoules inside the outer carton so they are protected from light. Do not freeze. Do not use after the expiry date shown on the carton and on the ampoule; that date means the last day of the month printed. Do not use an ampoule if the liquid is cloudy or contains particles, or if the glass is cracked or chipped. Never dispose of medicines in wastewater or in household rubbish. Return unused medicine, and used ampoules and needles, to your pharmacy for safe disposal.
