Clomiphene Citrate

Clomiphene is a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM). By blocking estrogen receptors at the hypothalamus it releases the negative-feedback brake on the pituitary, raising FSH and LH output — the mechanism behind its use in ovulation induction and in restoring endogenous gonadotropin drive, under a physician's direction.

Each 50 mg tablet is compressed from a uniform granulation and release-tested for dissolution and content. Fifty tablets to a serialised carton, packed in a push-through aluminium blister with a tamper-evident seal and an on-pack verification code.
