Site headcount passes six hundred

Employment at the Vadodara site has passed six hundred people, with the largest growth in quality control, quality assurance and engineering rather than in production alone.

The ratio matters. A site that adds filling capacity without adding analysts, validation engineers and quality assurance reviewers creates a bottleneck at release and a backlog of qualification work that eventually shows up as a deviation. Growth has been kept roughly proportionate across the functions that have to agree before a batch ships.

Adding a filling line without adding reviewers just moves the queue to release.

Recruitment has drawn heavily on Gujarat's pharmacy and chemistry graduates, with structured induction and a training path that takes an entry-level analyst through method familiarisation to independent working over a defined period.

Aseptic production staff follow a separate qualification route, including gowning qualification and participation in media fills before working unsupervised in the classified core.
