Arnold is an organic chemist credited with the introduction
of prohormones or “andro” products to the nutritional
supplement marketplace. Patrick has also been the pioneer behind
other novel and popular nutritional supplement products such as
chrysin, ipriflavone, lysophosphatidyl choline and citrulline malate.
Patrick has United States patents on many of his inventions and
discoveries.
Using his considerable expertise in the synthesis of organic compounds,
Patrick has devised and implemented several novel production processes
for the manufacture of nutritional supplement compounds. So Patrick
does not just discover novel compounds, he also figures out how
to manufacture them firsthand.
Patrick has appeared in many publications including major newspapers
such as the Washington Post, popular magazines such as ESPN magazine,
as well as countless fitness and bodybuilding magazines such as
Muscle And Fitness. Patrick is considered the world’s foremost
expert in hormonal male enhancement and muscle building and his
opinions and knowledge in these fields are sought after by thousands.

He’s also credited with co-founding the United
Supplement Freedom Association, a not-for-profit coalition of
individuals and companies dedicated to the preservation of safe
sports supplements and other nutritional products. USFA works with

to develop responsible guidelines for the production, distribution
and marketing of certain categories of nutritional supplements.
Patrick currently is vice-president of Proviant
Technologies Inc., an Illinois company that manufactures
bulk nutraceutical ingredients as well as offers contract manufacturing
services. He is also the founder and head of a private label
supplement company called Ergopharm that specializes in prohormones
and other sports nutrition supplements.
Education
Patrick Arnold received his B.S. in chemistry from the University
of New Haven in 1990. While working as a synthetic-organic chemist
at a major chemical company, Patrick was enrolled in graduate school
programs at Montclair St. University and the University of Connecticut.
